Whether you are on vacation for a week, spending the summer at the shore, or are lucky enough to be living the island life, the best way to start your day is with a simple, not easy workout. Together we will challenge your strength and fitness outdoors in our Barbell Free Zone.
Some days we challenge your grit muscles with sand bags on the pier, some days we get sandy on the beach.
